Daniel is a partner at Aderio. He has many years of experience from most situations where valuation matters become relevant, such as transactions, accouting, taxation as well as governance and ownership decisions.
Further, Daniel has many years of experience from assisting and producing expert opinions in conjunction with disputes, e.g. transaction and ownership disputes. He is regularly engaged as an expert on the forced redemption of shares. Daniel has been engaged for investigations on, inter alia, the relevant cost of capital for infrastructure assets.
Daniel has been engaged as an expert in disputes and testified more than 40 times in court as well as in arbitration proceedings (under the auspices of SCC and ICC).
Before joining Aderio, Daniel had 20 years of experience from major audit and consulting firms. He was responsible for valuation services at KPMG in Sweden and he also jointly started Alvarez & Marsal’s Nordic operations where he was the head of Valuation & Disputes in the Nordics.
