Magnus is a partner and co-founder at Aderio. He has many years of experience of business valuation as well as calculation of damage, price reduction and loss of value.
Magnus has been engaged in numerous valuations as well as matters related to terminated contracts, disruptions, interruptions, infringement, theft and transactions. He has assisted in several contracting disputes.
He is an expert in disputes and has testified more than 50 times in court and arbitration proceedings (under SCC, ICC, SIAC and FAI).
Before Aderio, Magnus had 20 years of experience from major audit and consulting firms where he worked as a specialist in valuation and disputes.
Magnus has been responsible for Dispute Support at Deloitte Sweden, started Deloitte’s forensic department in Sweden and performed investigations related to irregularities.
