Pär is a senior adviser at Aderio. He has many years of experience from assisting and producing expert opinions in conjunction with disputes and legal processes.
Pär’s broad experience, spanning e.g. transactions, valuation and operating matters within companies, makes him especially suitable for work with transboundary disputes.
Pär has been engaged as an expert in a large number of disputes and has testified on numerous occasions in court as well as in arbitration proceedings (under the auspices of SCC and ICC). He has also been engaged as an accounting arbitrator. Since a few years,
Pär has chosen to work under own authority, helping businesses with operating matters and also has multiple assignments as a board director.
Pär has spent most of his career at Grant Thornton, initially as an auditor and later as the head of the Stockholm office and the corporate finance department as well as a member of the board. He has also had fiduciary duties, including chairing FAR’s special executive committee for valuation matters and acting as a valuation expert in a Swedish Government Official Report (“Statens offentliga utredningar” in Swedish) on the taxation of incentive programmes (SOU 2016:23 Beskattning av incitamentsprogram).
